My butt gets a little sore after an hour and a half or so. I would suggest using more foam. :) I've heard great things about the guy at http://greatdaytoride.com/ if you're looking to have your seat redone. His prices aren't bad, either. Seems like there are a few things in place that you can't remove that ensure the user retains control in case someone tries to use this for malicious purposes.
